At I Heart Hair we pride ourselves on offering the highest level of hairdressing, professional advice and service in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Our goal is to provide our clients with an individual look that suits them and their daily lifestyle.
Owner operators Kara and Katharine have over 20 years combined experience, and have successfully managed large salons in Brisbane.
We believe everyone should be able to feel like the best versions of themselves, and that’s exactly what I Heart Hair is all about. PRICING
All prices are subject to variation without notice. I HEART HAIR provides our guests with a complimentary consultation before each appointment and will happily supply you with a quotation should you wish.
RUNNING LATE
We understand sometimes you can’t help running late to your appointment due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances. We do ask that you call the salon to let us know if you are running late. Depending on how late you will be, we may need to reschedule your appointment or move it to a later time so that it doesn’t affect our other guests.
CANCELLATIONS
I HEART HAIR is a very busy salon with a long wait list; therefore, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling your appointment. We send out confirmation text messages to our guests 48 hours prior to appointments, asking to reply Y (yes) or N (no) or to call the salon on 3800 4742 if you need to change your appointment time. If appointment is not confirmed 24 hours prior the appointment will be cancelled.
NO SHOWS
If you do not attend one or more appointments without notice, we will require a $50 deposit to hold any future bookings. This amount is non-refundable if you do not show again. No show clients and late cancellations within 24 hours may result in a fee covering the whole cost of the appointment.
NEW CLIENTS
All new clients are required to pay a 20% non-refundable deposit, which will be deducted from the total cost of your service.
